A master CV you’re proud of
A clear structure, a strong personal statement and achievements that show what you can do.
You’ve done the work. Now put it into words that make someone want to meet you.
Find the work that makes you stand out, put it into words, and tailor your CV to the job you want.
“Responsible for…” doesn’t tell the whole story. Let’s give your work the credit it deserves.
This is CeCe.
She thought she
“just did her job”.
“Responsible for supplier deliveries.”
A duty. Anyone in the role could write it.“Cut late deliveries from 1 in 5 to 1 in 12 by rebuilding the supplier booking schedule, so stores stopped running out of stock.”
Your action. Your result. A reason to care.Illustrative examples from CeCe’s fictional CV. Your CV will use your own work and honest results.
You can. AI can help you write and polish a CV. But give it vague details and you might get a polished CV that sounds like everyone else’s.
Your best evidence is in the work you’ve actually done. This course helps you find it, put it into words, and make it relevant to the job you want.
Spot the problems you solved, the changes you made and the results you thought were “just your job”.
Turn those details into clear achievements, so an employer can see what you bring.
Choose the evidence and words that match the role. You’ll also see how AI can help spot useful keywords without taking over your CV.
YOUR EXPERIENCE. YOUR WORDS. A CV THAT SOUNDS LIKE YOU.

There’s a whole lesson on that. You’ll look at things like time saved, people helped, volume and accuracy. You’ll use evidence you can support, without making up results.
The 15 videos are planned to be around five minutes each. Allow extra time to work on your CV. You can set aside a day, or complete one or two lessons a day at your own pace.
